Nate installed this pavilion for us! From the outset, he was great (see what I did? Nate the great! ) to work with. He was very open to suggestions and flexible to change. He took time to stop by at a convenient time to take measurements, brainstorm and share his expertise. You could tell he came prepared to answer questions and offer suggestions but he was also very open to hearing my ideas: especially on how to anchor this heavy metal structure to the existing concrete pad. He was very kind to listen to what I wanted and to work with me to make my dream a reality. On the day of installation, he let me know he and his helper were on their way, and when he got there they set to work very methodically. At the end of the day, they had not only completed the task to perfection, they'd also cleaned up after themselves.
